Keeping the behavior of all the departments synchronized is practically a full-time position, so Tom Holden received his Professional Certification in PDP to have his hands on the pulse of the hiring process. Very soon within his training he began understanding how each new person would fit within each departments culture.

When Rose Charters began with Global Behavior eight years ago they were purchasing their 3rd motor coach, today they have expanded their success to 23 coaches and 12 step vans.
